Hey, I’m Sax—founder of Creating Forward Studio and your lead Mentor and Coach in The Serve.

For over a decade, I’ve helped build and scale brands across the billion-dollar categories of beauty, wellness, fashion and lifestyle. I’ve been at both ends of the early-stage spectrum - from leading the launch of a multi-million dollar brand with Kate Hudson and partnering with platforms like Vogue and GOOP, to being a first-time founder myself partnering with brands like Y7 Yoga and Soho House, and consulting with other emerging six-figure brands - helping them look bigger, move smarter, and position for growth.

What stage do I need to be at?

The Serve is built for brands in growth and scale mode. If you are very early stage or just launching, this program isn't the best fit for you.

Will this help me grow if I’m already getting traction?

Absolutely. If you’re getting early traction, The Serve will help amplify what’s working and open up new opportunities for growth. We’ll show you how to optimize what’s already working, build systems that sustain it, and prepare for next-stage scaling.

How much time will it take per week?

Plan for at least 3-5 hours per week. This covers live Mentor Sessions, guest masterclasses, self-paced learning using the on-demand library, and implementing what you’re learning. We’ve designed the program to be intensive—but flexible—so you can apply everything inside your business as you build, without adding hours of busywork to your week.

What happens after the program ends?

You’ll leave with a clear Game Plan, structured systems, and sustainable marketing foundations you can grow into. Plus, you’ll have access to all the trainings, templates, and your custom GPT tools so you can continue optimizing beyond the 10 weeks. You’ll also have the option to continue inside the Creating Forward mentorship ecosystem if you want to deepen and scale your brand and marketing even further.

Is there 1:1 support?

Yes, if you enroll on the Home Run tier, you receive 1:1 Mentorship from Sax with a private Live Coaching Session, and 3 material reviews to co-create and get feedback on your work in progress. If you enroll on the Home Base tier, you will receive all your Mentorship in the group environment, which includes opportunities to Hot Seat during live sessions for personalized feedback, or during async Office Hours when you can get live coaching from Sax inside the private platform.

What if I can’t join a Live Session?

No problem. The Serve is built for real founders running real businesses. You’ll have on-demand access to the core trainings and templates, and you’ll be encouraged to move at a sustainable pace - not a panic-driven one. You’ll also get recordings with AI summaries of all the Live Sessions.

Will you help me stay accountable and on track?

Yes, you will receive a 6-Week Win Map to track your milestones and progress, plus an invitation to join a Peer Pod or be matched up with an Accountability Buddy from the community. You will also be held accountable by submitting weekly check-ins to Sax to track progress.

What if I’m not tech-savvy or new to using AI tools?

The Serve is designed to meet you exactly where you are and that’s why we have invited a GPT Coach to support your journey from Day 1. You’ll get guided template walkthroughs, and a curated GPT Prompt Library—plus support in Slack if you get stuck. You do NOT need to be an AI expert to benefit from the custom productivity and marketing tools we set up for you.
