A Toronto Native living in Southern California, Karolina has been in the event space for 10 years working with companies like MeUndies, HBO, Microsoft, Outerknown, Shopify, OGXBeauty and more. With the e-commerce world being her niche, she saw time and time again that there was no safe space for brands to connect, to learn, and build genuine relationships. So many conferences and events felt corporate and boring. The experiences were never enjoyable for her, so she made it her mission to break the traditional mold of how we gather. Her passion for producing meticulously beautiful events, along with building a robust membership platform provides guidance and support that the next generation of founders need most.

Roger Malinowski brings more than 15 years of experience in experiential marketing, live events, and brand partnerships to his role as VP of Partnerships at League of Originals. He spent over a decade at BeCore, a Los Angeles–based experiential agency, where he led major programs connecting global brands with audiences through immersive, culture-driven experiences.

Roger went on to own and operate produce the long-running Huck Finn Jubilee music festival and later served as VP of Business Development at NuVoodoo, helping national brands and media companies sharpen their marketing strategies and grow their audiences.

He’s passionate about building partnerships that create lasting impact and believes the strongest collaborations are rooted in authenticity, creativity, and trust. Outside of work, you’ll find him at the piano, playing and composing music, and enjoying life with his family in North Carolina.

As a true Southern California native, born and raised in sunny Orange County, Astrid graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts in 2017. Her career journey began at Hawke Media, where she honed her skills and gained invaluable experience in the fast-paced world of marketing.

As an associate producer at Blue Jean Creative, she contributed to countless successful projects, solidifying her expertise in event production and enhancing her collaborative approach to creativity. With over 8 years in the industry, Astrid is now the Head of Production at League of Originals, where she continues to bring innovative ideas and vibrant energy to every event, ensuring each experience is memorable and impactful. Passionate about storytelling through production, Astrid is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of creativity in her field.

Natalie is the co-founder of Bala, a Los Angeles-based movement company. Natalie – a certified yoga instructor – and her fellow cofounder / eventual husband shipped the first 75,000 units of their now infamous Bala Bangles from their garage before appearing on Shark Tank, where they secured an investment from Mark Cuban and Maria Sharapova. Bala has since been featured in the likes of Forbes, The New York Times, Esquire and was dubbed one of "The 17 Items That Defined 2020" by Vogue.

Natalie attended Fashion Institute of Technology before graduating from The University of Texas at Austin.
Natalie is a mother to Watson & Uma and dog-mom to Penny and Naomi.
